Everyone: Please read the instructions to make sure you and your foursome are able to register quickly and completely. The Starters and Scorers will appreciate your help. You will get on the course faster and won’t have problems turning in your scorecards.
Important Recent Changes
- ALL golfers must mark their Tee Color on the Universal Score Card and the Course Scorecard.
- ANY member in any Flight including new members without Flights assigned (less than 4 rounds) may play from Back or Forward Tee.
- Closest-To-Pin markers will be colored to denote Tee Position:
- All Players using FORWARD Tees will hit from tees with the “BLUE” markers and CTP markers
- All Players using BACK Tees will hit from tees with the “YELLOW” markers and CTP markers
- CTP Holes and tee position listed by course in Member Directory, and sheet in Division case, and confirmed by Div VP email each week
- New Player Log Sheet (one for Tee Starts and one for Shotgun Starts) added.
- Member Tee Groups to complete Member IDs at registration
- Member Tee Groups to complete Start, Finish, and Scorer Times when picking up Score Card
- Scorers mail completed Player Log Sheet in separate stamped, addressed envelope
- Start Time is when First Tee Group Member tees off.
- Scorer Time is when Universal Score Card (USC) is picked up at scorer table after your round
- Scorers (and Starters) check for card completion and legibility. If unreadable or incomplete, ask group to fix.
- Scorers not required to check math totals (sole responsibility of tee groups)
