Special Events Schedule and Rules for 2020
PLEASE NOTE: Most Special Events are scheduled to start at 7:30 AM. Exception – Find Your Swing at Pevely Farms GC and Last Chance at Sunset Hills CC start at 8:00 AM
There are two ways to sign-up for Special Event participation:
- Online with Credit Card – see below
- Mail in sign-up and pay with check – see below

Some helpful tips:
- All of the fields are required to have something typed in them.
- If you are planning to play in the event at Cardinal Creek at Scott AFB, insert the name that is on your drivers’ license, passport, or retired military ID.
- If you do not have an e-mail, just type “none” in the e-mail field.
- If you choose not to participate in an event, make sure that the Qty box shows “0” and that the Total box is blank.
- If you are only signing up and paying for an event for yourself, the Qty box should show a “1” and the Total box should show the single entry fee amount for that event.
- If you are signing up and paying for multiple members for any event, the Qty and Total boxes should reflect the correct quantity of golfers being paid for and dollar amount.
- Before you enter the Credit Card information, check the total amount. Does it make sense? $362 is one player for every event. If your total is $116 and you only signed up for yourself in the Ryder Cup, then you have a quantity of “2” in the Qty box instead of “1”. Conversely, if your total is $58 and you wanted to pay for you and your partner, then the quantity in the Qty box is a “1” instead of “2”.
- After clicking the “Submit” button you will be shown a verification page. Check your form to make sure all information is correct and then click the “PayPal Checkout” button to complete the transaction, or the “Make Changes” button to correct any errors. Note: You DO NOT need a PayPal account!
After you sign-up and submit the form, you will receive a Confirmation E-mail with an attachment showing the details of your registration. Note: if you do not receive a Confirmation E-mail, this means the transaction was not completed. Double check your form and resubmit if necessary.

For those who do not have a credit card, or computer, or who just prefer paper checks and forms, we are offering the paper option using the 2020 Special Events Signup Form. CLICK HERE
Click on the mail in form above to see the complete form. You can download and / or print the form. Complete it manually and total your selections. Enclose a check for the total amount and send with the completed form to the address at the bottom of the form. Keep a copy of the form for your records.
You can complete the form for any or all selections during the season anytime.
